Its impossible to tell with the small amount of information you include. I would suggest though that maybe your cmos battery is getting low on charge, have you tried replacing it with new? Or failing that perhaps there is a fault in your cmos which is reset when you remove the battery, have you looked on the motherboard manufacterer site to see if there are any bios updates?
